The Home Builders Association of Greater Des Moines returned to Clive this year for their biggest annual event. HomeShowExpo was held at the exciting Shadow Creek West neighborhood developed by Vista Real Estate, showcasing nine luxury homes built by nine of the area’s finest builders.
Attendees viewed the latest in trends, products and technology and had the opportunity to see what’s ahead for home building, landscaping, and decorating. As always, these talented local builders went above and beyond creating their beautifully
designed homes.
Home #1: Unique Homes
